Sweet potato soup!

Summer evenings require a bbq, but also balance moments! This soup fills well but is also really a summer treat. How to make this soup, simple: 2 sweet potatoes (peeled and chopped) 1 onion (in small pieces) 1 clove of garlic (crushed) 1 kilo of cherry tomatoes 2 stock cubes 1 liter of water Stir fry all the ingredients in some olive oil, until everything is well colored.

Then add water and let the soup boil for 15-30 minutes pierce the sweet potato to see if it is cooked. Then in the blender and your soup is ready! A simple but very tasty soup.
